Illustrator starts with empty screen

Hi.

I have a problem with illustrator from version 27.8.1.

Illustrator starts at an empty screen, totally unusable. I can't do anything even open the preferences. When I uninstall and install version 27.7 everything works perfectly.

Macbook pro 2018, 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16GB, Radeon Pro 555X 4 GB.

What should I do?
