I'm encountering a bug with version 29 onwards, including 29.5, where Adobe fonts don't load correctly and they fallback to regular fonts.

If I roll back to a version before 29, everything works again.

Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if it helps:

• Close all Adobe applications
• Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/4mKxQHS)
• Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3HEEL5b)
• Relaunch Illustrator

This one is after uninstalling, cleaning the cache, and reinstalling AI:

I see I'm not the only one having this repeated issue. I'm CDing multiple projects right now and literally cannot do my job. This is incredibly frustrating and stressful. 

This happens across multiple different files. 

My machine is about 6 months old and fully suped up. 48 GB memory, running on Sequioa 15.4.1 (24E263), 100GB space left on HD. 

Other recent issues include randomly not being able to preview or completely corrupting raster-based files, both embedded and linked.

That does seem frustrating. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

- Relaunch Illustrator

If the problem persists, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and under Safe Mode (macOS) and share your observations.

I have been trying to create an image in illustrator for a kids coloring book.  Example of My prompt says boy throwing  snowball, outline drawing for kids coloring book, no shadow.  I choose black and white but each time the image comes up with color so I go to image trace and it does double outlines no mater what I set the preferences causing me just as much work editing it as when I draw it myself.

Hard to find mention of this anywhere, but at some point did Illustrator add an auto-relinking feature when opening files and then break it?

Working on files with linked graphics hosted in a mounted cloud storage. on my computer (29.5.1) the files are linked via /Users/myName/cloudStorage/Blah. I can save that and my coworker can open the file and on their illustrator (29.1) and it will auto swap myName for their's and relink the files accordingly. the same does not happen when they save a file and send it to me. all the links remain broken.

I was really excited to see the enhancement for smarter gradient, but what I was hoping for was a smart gradient with image trace. The banding of color when trying to vectorize an image trace is PAINFUL, to put it lightly. Can we add this use case to the smoother "Enhanced Gradient". Fingers crossed.

In the latest versions you can trace gradients. Turn on in the Image Trace panel Preset: Advanced Presets and click Advanced to show the Gradient Options .

Illustrator is constantly crashing for myself and my entire team. We are all on Windows machines and having this issue - it is severely impacting our work as we are mostly on Illustrator for our tools. Please help!

Buggy! When I select two text boxes, center them, then group them, the arrow keys on my keyboard will not work!  I cannot move grouped text boxes left or right using my Apple keyboard.   Only when I ungroup them, I can move them left or right via they keyboard arrows.  Can you please fix this bug? Driving me bonkers and slowing down my work flow.

Adobe Illustrator: Per the video attached, when two items are grouped and then aligned center, I cannot move them with arrows on keyboard.  This is a bug, just started happening within the last few weeks or so for me. 

Mac Mini: M4 Pro

IOS: Sequoia 15.6

Adobe Illustator: 29.7.1
