Image Trace - grayed out

Hello,

I'm trying to use Image Trace in Illustrator. The app won't let me change the settings though. It is all grayed out (see image). Why is that?

The trace is a live setting, so you would apply it first (click 'Trace'), then adjust settings.

I have the same problem, but it does not show.. if i select the logo or not, it does not let do anything...(gray still)

Can you show what you have selected? Include your entire workspace (all panels and menus etc.)
