Impossible d'utiliser les outils

A l'aide!

Je n'arrive pas a utiliser les outils de la barre d'outils

j'ai l'impression d'avoir appuyé sur une touche qui me vérrouille tout! j'ai un crayon avec l'icone interdiction à la place de ma fléche ou alors je ne peut utiliser que la gomme

Je suis sur windows  pro avec illustator CC

Bonjour, 

 

J'arrive un peu tard mais j'ai eu le même souci, il s'avère que la totalité de mes calques étaient verrouillés (je ne sais pas pourquoi). Il a suffit de dévérouiller mes calques et j'ai pu reprendre la modification sur Illustrator. J'espère que tu as trouvé la solution avant !

So you can't take the rectangle tool and draw a rectangle in your new file?

 

Rebooting the computer does not fix that?

J'ai l'impression que la nouvelle mise à jour du logiciel bug 2024.

car j'ai ouvert la version 2023 et tout fonctionne correctement.

Bonjour,

Et merci de venir à mon aide.

J'ai procéder au réinitialisation des préférences mais malheureusement cela ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai redémaré à plusieurs reprise mon PC mais rien ni fait! j'ai également desinstaller le logiciel pour revenir à une version antérieure mais rien ni fait non plus le probléme persiste.

J'aimerais vous faire une video et de vous la partagé mais impossible non plus...

le probléme ne viendrais pas d'une mise à jour de windows?

J'ai vraiment besoin de travailler sur illustrator ni à t'il pas un autre moyen pour pallier à cela?

Crayon avec symbole d’interdit sur Illustrator

 

Salut à tous,

 

Si vous voyez un crayon avec un signe interdit sur Illustrator et que vous ne pouvez pas dessiner ou modifier votre projet, vérifiez si les repères sont verrouillés !

 

:white_heavy_check_mark: Solution :

 

Allez dans Affichage > Repères > Déverrouiller les repères

 

Si besoin, vous pouvez aussi les supprimer via Affichage > Repères > Effacer les repères

 

 

Cela peut bloquer l'utilisation des outils sans qu'on s'en rende compte. J'espère que ça pourra aider ceux qui rencontrent ce souci !
