in search of a solution for perfect alignment

Hey, I have searched the community and found nothing on this exact issue that has caused headaches numerous times.
I am trying to allign a circle guide to a tilted guide yet it never snaps correctly. Of course, doing it manually works but it will never be perfect.

I am asking because I'm pretty sure that there's a primitive solution I'm just not seeing and it would be amazing to finally find out as to what it is.

Under "View" menu, select "snap to point". Now when you select your circle edge and drag it toward the tilted guide, your pointer should turn white. When it does, release your mouse.

There are many ways to accomplish this task. Manually (by dragging) it's impossible to snap a circle to a line if the circle anchors don't match the angle of the line.

To aling circle angle to line angle:

1. note the angle of the line, ie 75

2. rotate the circle to the same angle (75)

3. click on the circle anchor, drag, press and hold Ctrl/Cmd, release when it snaps to line
