How can I export files in the specified size? I'm trying to export a PNG file from Illustrator in 3000x3000px with a resolution of 300dpi but the final size always turns out to be much larger(12500x12500px) , are there any suggestions on how this can be fixed (I need to export with the artboard size)
Thanks in advance)
Or create an action in Illustrator that would:
- Uniform scale the objects in question by 23,998 %
- Optionally fit the artboard to artwork bounds (or selected art)
Then export to .png with 300 ppi.
If you want to export at a specific PPI, work from the intended physical size, not the pixel size.
3000 x 3000 pixels at 300 PPI is a ten-inch square.

Export it at 72 ppi

This only works if I only needed pixels but I also need it to bee 300DPI (

Why?
THe number of pixels is important, the resolution isn't.

I have the same object saved at 72dpi and 300dpi, small elements look worse where 72dpi, and most likely the difference will be very noticeable when printing

As long as the number of pixels is the same: no.
But when you are saving at 300 ppi, you get more pixels (as you have noticed). So of course the larger one looks better.

No, I mean the one that is 3000x3000px - 72dpi and the one that is 10inx10in(3000x3000px) - 300dpi they are different although the pixels are the same. This is not very noticeable on large details, but on fine lines the differences are visible, the one that 300 looks smoother
Also many printing companies require exactly 300dpi

Can you share files that appear different?
If I export a 300 PPI 10 inch square file and a 3000 px 72 PPI file, they are identical:

Can you share the files?

They require 300 ppi as an effective resolution (after scaling the image). So if you scale down a 72 ppi image enough, then you get the necessary resolution.

Export at 72 ppi when you want to keep the pixel size. You can always set the resolution of the file later (without resampling) if needed.

So there is no way to export from Illustrator at 300Dpi with the required number of pixels?(( I can do it through Photoshop but it's a lot of extra work because I need to export 150-200 images per day

That is easily solved by an action in Photoshop that assigns 300 ppi and use Batch to convert a folder full of images
