Hi, i just have a new computer but is not the most modern one. I was able to install an older version on Photoshop but I´m gettin problems with Ai, old versions are not where they should be. I'm fine with the 2020 version, thats what I need, can someone explain me how to get it? The more concise the better since I'm not good with English. Please see the images

You cannot get the 2020 version with the Creative Cloud app. But in the case of 2020 you might actually be out of luck. You could contact Customer Care and give them a reason why you need that version. Maybe you're lucky and they give it to you. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hoping someone can maybe help out with this.  I'm a highschool teacher and I need to certify my students using certiport.  Unfortunately certiport only supports testing students at the moment up to Illustrator v. 24.  I've concatcted them and they say the only  way I can get their test to work at the is if I get Illustrator v. 24 or v. 23 installed on my machines.  The creative could app only lets us go back to v.25 using the "install other versions" option.  

So my question is does anyone know how I can get an installer for v.24?  Greatly appreciate anyones help / feedback.

In creative cloud click on other versions (far right, three dots "More actions") it gives to 23.1 - at least it does for me...

Later edit: Now I'm thinking that might be because I already have it installed...

Bonjour,

Je suis sous une vieille version de Mac (El Capitan 2011), j'ai une lience avec les différentes applications de la suite Adobe sous CC 2018.

Suite à un soucis de logiciel, j'ai désinstallé illustrator mais ne parviens plus à réinstaller cette version…

Auriez-vous une solution pour installé cette ancienne version? Ou quelconque version compatible avec mon ordinateur? Je ne souhaite pas le mettre à jour, j'ai peur qu'il rende l'âme…

Hi Hélène,

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe Illustrator CC2019 and CC2020 are the only available versions to download and install through Adobe Creative Cloud. macOS El Capitan (10.11) is not compatible with any of these. I'd recommend upgrading your OS to use the latest version of Adobe apps.

Thanks for your answer.

I tried to contact someone on the Adobe Facebook page, and somebody answers to me :

"Hi there - Only the two latest versions of the app are available via the site. Please reach out to our chat support team here: help.adobe There's an icon to "Contact us" that will appear in the lower, right-hand corner. They can try to give you a link to a previous version." 

So, there is may be a solution with a link to the previous version. I try to communicate with somebody with the chat here, but nobody answers to me for the moment…

Creative Cloud installation policy was changed last May, and only the latest two versions can be installed on desktop applications.
Older versions are only available for business plans.

Apple support for macOS 10.12 and lower has already ended.
Upgrading the OS version is essential, as many software is not supported for the old OS.

Simply contact the Adobe support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, and if needed request to be put in contact with the Adobe Genuine team.

16.2.2 is the subscription version. Download 16.0.5 if you purchased on disk or download.
However, it is also "Not Found".

The requested URL /pub/adobe/illustrator/mac/cs6/Illustrator_16.0_Patcher_16.0.5_osx10_mul_16.0.5_691_1.0_Installer_Patcher/AdobeIllustrator_CS6_16_0_5.dmg was not found on this server.

Hi I'm having the same issue. Adobe support told me to go to that link - but it isn't working. Does anybody have the Illustrator update 16.0.5? Could anybody please share it? 🙂

Hey Sweeetah, I finally found a version in another forum. It's not 16.0.5, but 16.0.4 and the patch worked for me as a fix for the retina issue:

The problem is only the retina doesn't working properly with the installed version. 13.0, I don't know which patch will solve this issue, most of updates I've downloaded couldn't able to install them, getting errors, and most of them they're working.

My OSX , High Sierra
