installation error messages

I wants to install adobe illustrator CC 2019 in virtualbox  but it gives error messages " The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again."  However I have successfully installed on windows 11 based system whereas error message  only received  on virtualbox.
