Installation failed on 97% with error 153 on macOS catalina 10.15.3

Hi all

 

I just have a new Mac and Im trying to reinstall my AI. It keeps failing (at 97% installation) with an error 153 (permission??).

I wonder what permission problem it might be. My subscription is paid until Sept this year. I loged out from my previous laptop...

 

Any idea ?

Thanks for reaching out. Error 153 is indeed for permission issues as mentioned on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html
I'd recommend managing permissions on your mac using Apple support article https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/change-permissions-for-files-folders-or-disks-mchlp1203/mac

You may also try creating a new user account and see if that helps.
