Interface Scaling issues in new document dialog

I have my interface scaled to large so my students can see when I teach. The numbers are a little off in the new documnet dialog box. Makes it hard to make video tutorials looking this way. Am I missing a setting? Everything else works fine. I'm on a 2019 Macbook Pro, Ventura 15.5.2
