Me podrian apoyar si es posible desactivar la seleccion automatica del texto

EJEMPLO: quiero escribir TVC365 y aun no termino de escribir cuando ya se marco todo, y cuando termino de poner el 65 el texto previo se elimino.

Entiendo que se selecciona asi cuando busco algo que no tengo en mi almacenamiento pero es molesto que lo haga.
