Is the Snapping Quick Access Panel not available on PC version of Illustrator? Nov. 20, 2025

I work on a Mac and one of my students works on a PC. Their Snapping Quick Access Panel is not showing on their Control Panel. The Snap to Pixel Panel is visible, but that's not what we're after.

Have tried different workspaces, reboot, update version, and Control Panel feature menu...all the recommendations.

The Snapping Quick Access Panel is pretty handy.
