Is there a way to remove the unused space on Transform panel?

Screen real estate is valuable to me.  I use the transform panel often but never use the area designated in the attached image.  I'm recently coming from Illustrator CS5, so I'm still learning my way around CC 2019.  Is it possible to remove the space highlighted in red in the image I've attached?

Double-click on the 'transform' tab a couple of times. But then, you won't see shape properties if you have one selected. It's not a 'smart' panel.
