Issue with font availability

Hello all,

About two months ago I made a business card design in Illustrator CS6, using Proxima Nova Semibold & Bold.

I have these fonts synced in my Typekit plan (100 fonts) included in my CC subscription (one app plan).

I have opened the file today to make some design changes and I get a pop-up window:

Can someone tell me how to fix this ?

I'm sorry you ran into trouble here. If these fonts came from Typekit, you will likely just need to sync them again. This article explains how to troubleshoot font sync: https://helpx.adobe.com/typekit/kb/troubleshoot-font-syncing.html

Is it the same Adobe ID for both Illustrator and the CC subscription?

The Typekit forum might be more suitable to be able to answer this kind of complex subscription plan issues.

Yep, you were right.

I unsynced and re-synced and it automatically connected the correct fonts un my opened .ai file.
