Janela de salvar abre e se fecha rapidamente.

Olá! Muitas vezes, ao tentar salvar um arquivo no Illustrator, a janela de  salvar se abre e aí fecha no mesmo instante, não dando tempo de fazer nada. Reinicio programa, mas acontece o mesmo. Alguém sabe o que pode ser?

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/4eWDfan) and share your observations.

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. Would you mind running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and checking if it helps?

If the problem persists, try the following steps and check if it helps:

• Close all Adobe applications
• Remove Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/40jMAEL)
• Reinstall Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3YHjjD0)
• Relaunch Illustrator
