Hi there I created a vine brush with the scatter brush tool and I'm happy with the result. Except for the fact that the leaves don't align its stem to the vine like they are born from it. They are placed with the absolute center on top of the line that makes the vine. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!
Thanks for the sketch.
Obviously the brush contains some random settings for size, spacing, scatter and rotation. In that case it is rather hard to imagine how it would be possible to align the stems with the vine in a natural manner.
You asked a remarkable question, but I'd say that you will have to expand the brush stroke and do some manual work in order to get a natural look.

Can you post some screenshots that explain what you are talking about?

Sorry Kurt, here it is. My idea is that the stems are aligned with the vine as if the were born from it.
