left to right paragraph direction

Hi, I am using Illustrator (26.1) on a new Macbook Pro with M1 apple silicon. and I need to use " left to right paragraph direction" it's not available any were in the program !!!!! and its important for my work.

Do you have the Middle Eastern and North African version of Indesign? See this article. It shows the button you want but you need the suitable version of Indesign.
