I have original CD and registration numbers for Adobe Illustrator and Pagemaker from around 1987-1991. Is there an upgrade path for those programs?

Tragically, no.

But there are a number of pricing plans available, and periodic discounts are offered to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription on either a monthly or annual basis. If you're located in the US, you can check out pricing options by clicking on the link below:

Pro Tip: You may want to try the free 7-day trial subscription before buying any option. Adobe often offers special incentives to sign on for a subscription as your free trial expires. Jus' Sayin' ...

P.S. While those disks don't have much value as software — you'd need a computer that runs Windows 3x to use it, and those haven't existed for more than 25 years — they do have some novel/collectable value. Throw 'em on eBay or Alibaba and see what you can get for them ... you may be pleasantly surprised.

Before you commit to upgrading to CC, just know that the current version of InDesign no longer has the ability to open and convert PageMaker files. The last version capable of that was CS6, which is several versions ago already. If your intent was to do that, you are out of luck.
