Limited access repair tool won't solve the problem neither re-installation...

Hello.

I'm a subscriber from France, when I launch the Creative Cloud Desktop app, a notification appears "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services". I've tried the repair tool,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/limited_access_repair_tool.html, but the Limited Access Repair tool doesn't fix this issue: "0 fix issue" .  I've reinstalled PS and LRC, nothing changes.

My question is, what apps can't i access to? are tools or iA limited on PS and LRC?

how to fix that problem?

@Eric269890627poe this might be a permission issue where you are behind a firewall. I would try not using VPN or disable the aniti virus software or firewall and try again to use the CC Desktop app. Also check your internet connection, restarting your computer and the app, and making sure your Adobe account is active and your log-in with the right log-in and subscription is current.

If you do a general serach for Firewall, there are past documentations on this issue

i'm about to give even if i'm a subscriber, what i don't know is how restrictive is this issue,
