These gray lines showes after applying mapping on the 3D circle object, how do i remove them?

The stroke should be none and in some cases you may need to change its angle slightly.

There's no stroke, and I changed the angle a lot but the lines still shows.

Youcan't remove them.
When you go into outline view, youwill see that they are the shapes that the effect created.
Did you apply a gradient as a map to that 3D object? In that case it gets converted to a pixel image and then along the edges there is antialiasing. There is antialiasing in all 3D objects, but a pixel image as a map makes it pop out even more.

Yes, i did used a gradient as a map.
I saw a project on behance using a gradient on 3D object and there where no such lines.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Are you sure the other artist used Illustrator's 3D effect?
