Hello, I just updated to 2017CC this morning and I want to install a custom hotkeys file. The old location for the kys file is:
~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 18 Settings/en_US
Where do I place my kys file in Illustrator 2017CC? Or have they changed how the hot keys are stored in Illustrator?
Thanks
Mary Lou
Which system?
On Yosemite they are still there.

Do you have a Custom .kys file right now for CC2017? Try making one with a unique name from the app keyboard shortcuts and see if you can find it.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I tried that. created a zzz_keys. could not find it when searching in finder. Set my mac to show all hidden files also.

The location of the kys file is still in that prefereces folder you linked above.
Remember that it's inside your user folder, not the "Macintosh HD"

Thanks Monika. The preferences are no longer in that spot in cc2017. I just checked on another computer. Still looking
