Logitech Options Complement

Hi! I have a Logitech Craft keyboard and I have unistalled it's extension or complement and reinstalled the app again. Now I see no Logi Options extension in Illustrator. From Logitech I have no help about this issue... Is there any way to download it? I have found it on Creative Cloud but it's not compatible... I don't know how to solve this.

did you update Illustrator? the extension might not be compatible anymore. only logi can tell you that.

Yes Monika, I have the 2024 version of Illustrator but before uninstalling the extension it was working and the assistance of Logitech is not worth at all.

Yes Monika, I have Illustrator 2024 but I think to remember I unistalled the extension and before that it was running right. Now there is no way to find the way to install it again and from Logitech I receive no help at all. Thay even don't know anything about the update of Illustrator, at least the person I have talked to...
