Mi documento aparece vacío

Ayer estaba trabajando en adobe Illustrator, y hoy que quise abrir mi documento, me aparecía una ventana con opciones de importación de texto, y no se por que, y cuando puse OK en la ventana y abrió mi documento, aparecía como si fuera un documento nuevo, con todo el trabajo completamente eliminado, con una sola mesa de trabajo y una sola capa, pero el documento estaba lleno, y no se como recuperar mi trabajo

in order to help you, we need more information. What version of Adobe Illustrator are you using? Where was your file saved?

are you sure you have saved your file correctly?

have you same an ai file or pdf?

close the file  without saving anything, and try to open it again.

Is your file suffix .ai?

Try opening the file in Acrobat/Distiller, is everything there? If not you probably didn't save correctly.

Exactly where did you save your file?

Saving over a network is dangerous.

Is "Save in background" turned off in the preferences?

What is the filesize of the corrupt file? Higher than 0KB?

Can you open it in Arobat?

Sorry to hear about that. Generally, when the "text import option" dialog box pops up after opening a file, it means the file has gotten corrupted, but you may upload it to CC and share the download link here or via DM. I will share it with the product team and get it checked.
I must also inform you that file recovery can't be guaranteed with 100% success. We'll surely try our best.

Also, would you mind confirming where you saved this file initially and where it is currently stored when you tried opening it (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)? However, If the files are saved on a server/ shared folder/ or Google Drive/ Onedrive/ Dropbox, then download/copy them to the desktop and check if you are able to open them or not.
