Missing tools

Hello, 

I've used Illustrator 2019 since it got released, and i loved it, but since i reinstalled it recently i couldn't find Rectangle Eclipse and other shapes tools no matter what i did as shown in the screenshots.

Any help on how or where I can find them ? Cuz I'm finding difficulties to work without them.

Choose a toolbar from Window > Toolbars?

Or reset the workspace?

My tools are all back and it also fixed the interface
