And not only that... when I create a new file, the screen is totally black or white and i cannot edit anything. Its very strange. The "previsualización" doesn´t work.
Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS & Illustrator? Please make sure you have GPU driver updated to the latest version.
You may also try disabling the GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance.
**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
