Habe Illustrator installiert aber habe keine Menüleiste kann diese auch nicht öffnen oder einfügen wie bekomm ich diese

Please be more specific about what version of Illustrator, what operating system and please provide  screen shot showing the exact problem. If I had to guess based on the information you've provided it might be that you've installed CC 2018 and are not seeing the control panel at the top of the screen. This has been replaced in the default essential workspace in CC 2018 by the new Properties Panel which will be in the panels at the right of the screen. You can quickly get the control panel back by switching the workspace to Essentials Classic.

Reset Your Preferences.

Cmd-Opt-Ctrl-Shift when restarting AI on a Mac or Alt-Crtl-Shift on a PC to reset to the defaults.

More Thorough Reset Your Preferences.

Quit Illustrator

Finder >> Shift Command G

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings/

rename Adobe Illustrator 21 to Adobe Illustrator 21 old

Reset Your Other Preferences

Quit Illustrator

Finder >> Shift Command G

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 21/

rename Adobe Illustrator 21 to Adobe Illustrator 21 old

Press Win+R -> appdata -> Roaming -> Adobe -> rename folder Adobe Illustrator 20 (or 21) Settings to any other name.

Hi Daniel,

You may be referring to the new essentials Workspace, which has moved tools around from the top menu. Try changing your workspace from 'Essentials' to 'Essentials Classic.'
