I'm running a custom script from Floodway Printing Co called 'Floodway Reg Marks Script v1.2', not really important, but it helps automate with pre-press.
Everything is working smoothly as it should, but everytime I want to run the hotkey which is Ctrl+Alt+num 1 the familiar dialogue message "You are about to run the script contained..." would always show up.
Is there a way to turn off the message? Everything except for that runs smoothly.

Where is the script located (in which folder)?
How does the hotkey start the script (third-party plugin, action that calls the script ...)?

Scripts Folder:
Adobe Illustrator 2021 > Presets > en_US > Scripts > Floodway > Pre-press.jsx
Hotkey:
Was created through Windows short-cut wizard and is saved on the desktop. The target path points to the script above and it asked me to use Illustrator as the program to run the hotkey.
I hope this clears it up. I could provide screenshots if you like.

I suspect that the shortcut is assigned to the script. This will start the script "from outside Illustrator". That is why the message is displayed.
Try to assign the shortcut to the script directly. Or create an action in Illustrator that calls (only) the script. You can then also assign a shortcut to this action.

Much appreciated friend. I will try that out.
