New Save as aic files

This NEW option is horrible. Files are not updating, not opening correctly. I don't want this option but I cannot choose to save as .ai only files.

WHY is this??!!

Illustrator cloud is offered as an option the first time you save a document after updating. 

If you inadvertenty chose Cloud Documents, its going there.

To fix, go to Save As and click the "On Your Computer" button to switch to your local desktop.

@Kevin StohlmeyerThanks for posting. Unfortunately my Save As screen doesn't have an "On Your Computer" button as yours shows UNTIL I dragged the window larger. It didn't even show that there was more window to be seen. Maybe a glitch? Now I can't go back to how it was to give you a screenshot.

If you go to Preferences > File Handling, you can set the Default file location: on your computer.

even better! thanks again, I have been using Illustrator for over 20 years and have been a creature of habit. Need to be better about updates...
