Hi, I want to create some diagrams in Illustrator like the sketches I have attached. Basically, the first one is three extruded 3D blocks radiating out from a central point and the second is a 3D column that has been divided into slices. Is there a tool in Illustrator that would make this easier and/or a tutorial explaining how to create graphs like these? Any suggestions how to get started would be great.
To get them to radiate from the same vanishing point, group them, and then do the 3d effect.

I should add that for the first one, I was able to create the extruded blocks. I just can't figure out how to get the perspective of them to radiate out from a vanishing point.

And for your second one; group some rectangles and apply 3D Revolve.

Thank you both very much!
