ocorreu um erro ao processar a aparência do objeto no illustrator, Alguém pode me ajudar ?

Comecei a usar o ilustrator para fazer texto 3d agora, ja me deparei com este erro.
preciso de ajuda,  grato a quem se prontificar

Please tell us the hardware specifications of your computer.

The text has a gradient applied? Does it work without the gradient?

Does it work with a simple rectangle?

And as always: when was the last time you rebooted the computer?

Agree with Monika. Some system info to contextualize your issue would be required as would soem explanation of your steps. As a test I would convert the text to outlines and check for issues like duplicate/ tightly spaced anchor points or open paths. 3D extrusions tend to be hyper-sensitive to such flaws due to the math involved for generating the polygons. Anything beyond that will require more info.
