PathFinder not working

Hi There,

wondering if anyone can help, trying to use the tool pathfinder, minus from the front but doesn't seem to be working as it distorts letters please see attached image. The font is outlined so I don't know why it is doing this?

tell please a bit more.
What shape do you try to combine? Now I see 3 non-intersected shapes, so there must be something else to minus from.
Do you use GPU acceleration (look for small rocket button at the Control panel or GPU acceleration in View menu)? If yes, try to turn it Off.

Try View > Preview on CPU

Make sure you select your letters and create a Compound Path prior to using Pathfinder operation.
