Pixelation using 3D

New Here ,
Jan 21, 2023 Jan 21, 2023

I have searched and not found an answer or solution..

Using the 3D effect (inflate or any of the rest) any vector or text result in severe pixelation. Please help!

My previous post requesting for help was "marked as spam" oddly enough.

Hello @Louise17402027l1bg,

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind trying to change the Raster Quality Settings settings in 3D and sharing your observations?

If the issue persists, kindly share some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed on your computer, a sample file, and a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Some help please. Using Windows 11, 8 GB RAM, over 300 GB free space, AI version 27.2, 12th Generation Intel, Core i5, Graphic GEFORCE GT710 1GB.

Whenever I apply the 3D effects to any type or vector it renders it excessively pixelated. I have checked the scratch disc & selected the secondary to be the same as primary.

Is it the graphics card or?

What am I doing wrong, please.
