Plug-in: Pixar.8BI error- when I try to open AI

Hello World! 🙂 I need help. When I try to open my Ai application I am getting this error message "Plug-in: Pixar.8BI error". Then a pop-up that has trouble shooting steps. Which did not work for me. I have to try and open several times before I can get the Ai to open in Safe Mode. Please help. I did a chat with Adobe rep. this morning. However, I have not received a call regarding my issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

I only have Illustrator. Adobe Customer Care did a remote log-in into my PC and fixed the error. Thank you for your time it's appreciated.
