When opened from the aic cloud, some bitmaps connected from the CC library display, print, and export with poor quality. If you open the file and paste this image, it will look fine, but as soon as you close and open the file, it takes on the same appearance. When downloading ai and opening a local file, there is no problem.
The screenshot shows the same image. What was on top of the file before opening, what was just inserted at the bottom.

Hi @r.chervinin,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into trouble! To help us get a better idea of what's going on, could you share a few more details - like which version of Illustrator and your operating system you're using? Also, does this happen with all files/file types or just specific ones? And when you export, are those files also coming out low-res?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello. So far, with only one X-ray image (we are engaged in X-ray diagnostics), this image is part of our key visual, which we have been using without problems for a very long time. We are now switching to cloud-based file management, and so far I have noticed that only this image gives artifacts. I've tried resaving with different profiles and stuff, but I feel like that's not the point, because it displays well when pasted, but when closed and opened, everything spoils. Moreover, we have 3 variations, with an open mouth, closed and part of the teeth blurred with overlap (see attachment). They all provide artifacts. I also attach the exported one directly from the PSD library.
It doesn't depend on the OS, we work on Win 11, everything is the same on different devices. All applications have been updated to the latest version, which is offered by Adobe Creative Cloud.

SORRY, I DIDN'T TRANSLATE IT)))
Here is a screenshot from Illustrator overlaid on an open PSD. The file is the same. The illustrator somehow interprets it when opening and compresses it (and if you re-link the same file, the quality will be restored, but only before closing and opening the layout)

Hello @r.chervinin,
Thanks for sharing the sample file and the screenshots. I tried to replicate this on my end by saving the PSB to CC Libraries and embedding it in a cloud document but could not. Could you try saving this file again to CC libraries again as a copy and use that to see if the problem persists? If yes, kindly share a screen recording of your exact workflow, so I can check this with the team.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
