Problem issue with path permission

Hello all, I have Illustrator version 29.4 (64 bit) on Windows 11 (24H2) on HP workstation Z2 G9.

Intermittently, but with increasing frequency, I receive a warning dialog prompting me to set read and write permissions for the following directory: C:\Users\cristina.zorzi\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 29 Settings\it_IT\x64\

I have previously adjusted these permissions, and the message temporarily ceased appearing.

However, the issue has now recurred. What is the permanent solution to resolve this?

Hello @Cristina ParcoPan,

Could you check if the problem persists if you run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows)?
Also, check if you have any antivirus software running, temporarily disabling it and share your observations.

thank you for your reply. 

I can't work with an administrator account, I only work with a normal user not administratro. May be this the problem ?

I have installed Kaspersky Endpoint Security as Antivirus Software. Do you know issue with it ?
