Problem w/svg filters

Win 7 pro, Illustrator CS6. Q: My illustrator version works fine but I find it annoying that I have to import my standard svg filters every time I open a project or start a new one. How can I get Illustrator to load the filters every time I start the program? Thanks for any help in advance.

Is the problem with Illustrator's default SVG filters or with filters that you created?

The problem is with Illustrator's default svg filters. I've copied them to my E: drive just so I can find them quickly and import them when I need them. Mostly I just use the gaussian blur filter but I have used others of the 18 listed. I'd just like to know if I can install them in the plugin dir or brush dir or somewhere like that? Any ideas whether or where?
