Problem with color changes using Drop Shadow.

Hi,

As you can see, I use a Global Spot Color for my drop shadow:

However, when I change my color, all the objects using that color in my document change, except for the drop shadow:

Is that a bug? Thanks!

It qualifies for being a bug.

If you move the object a bit after changing the swatch, it should get updated to the correct colour definition. Just a workaround.

I tried it out and didn't have an issue with it updating. I'm wondering if it's a bug specific to a particular version or OS. You can report it here https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-bugs

It's reproducible with different versions of Illustrator (CS 2 up to CC 2019) on various Macintosh operating systems (10.6.8 up to 10.14.3).

A pretty old bug.

Yeah, I figured it was something like that. I'm on Windows 10. Thanks for the clarification.
