Problem with install

Hello,  I'm having a problem installing, for example, Illustrator. I get an error message about an outdated system, even though it's up to date, and I can't open data with installer to just Creative Cloud. What I can do?

Also, try downloading the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3Df9BPM) and using a different web browser to download and share your observations.
