Problems with AI in the graphic display

Explorer ,
Jul 24, 2021 Jul 24, 2021

Hello,

I have a problem which makes working with Adobe PS and AI very difficult.

When I move objects or want to change their size, fragments often appear like here in the screenshot.

Sometimes parts of the objects are then no longer visible at all.

And sometimes when I click the objects, the dotted frames that I can use to transform the objects don't appear. Only when I then click a point where I suspect a frame is the frame suddenly visible again.

I have:

Mac macOS Big Sur latest version
MacBook Pro 16 incvh 2019, 2.6 GHz Cor i7 32GB RAM
AMD Radeon Pro 53000M 4 GB

I use the latest CC software.

It makes no difference whether I use the CPU or GPU.

All updates are made.

Do you have any ideas why this could be?

Greetings,

MP

Ok, thank you for this information.

In Illustrator I made the settings you wrote.

In Photoshop I changed the "Advances Graphics Processor Settings" to drawing mode "Basic".

I hoping that will solve the problems. If not, I will come back again.

I thought an AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB can handle simple Graphics like a text block an one shape. But maybe I am wrong. hahah

So, thanks again for helping. Good time for you.

Greetings

Disable the Real-Time Drawing option by disabling the CPU settings in Illustrator.
