Quick Rotate with Mouse Pointer settings in CC2020

Hi all,

I keep running into stuff that works a bit different with the new CC 2020 over the old 2018 version which i used before. But the main thing is that for some odd reason, i can't seem to find a quick way to rotate an object.

Normally i would select my shape, move my mouse pointer to a corner and the pointer would change to a "Rotate Symbol"  and i would be able to quickly rotate my shape. 

But in CC2020 i can't seem to find this option in any of the menu's and it drives me kind of crazy using the right Mouse > Transform > Rotate method. 

Does anyone know in which menu/setting location i can enable this option again?

Does View > Show Bounding box help?

For some odd-reason, it did help.

I had to turn boundingbox off, then On again for the change to take place.
