"3D and Materials" panel in Illustrator

After installing textures from the Substance 3D website, the "3D and Materials" panel in Illustrator does not work and does not open, Illustrator just closes.

- I have tried reinstalling Illustrator.

If you have installed ustom Materials then it must be there. Did you look inside your user folder?

I have installed them from web site Substance 3D without application and just drop it on 3d panel

What exactly did you do? Use the button on the 3D & Materials panel for installing? Then you installed the materials. Which folder did you search? Your user folder? I just downloaded the files from https://substance3d.adobe.com/community-assets and threw drag and drop into the materials window  like on picture

I didn't use folders

Now when I try open study material from this ttps://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/create-3d-graphics.htmlmy artboard look like this

So you deleted all the materials from the folders?

I think yes because I don't see any more material with this type of folder (sbsar)

If you cannot put the material back, then maybe you might need to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator.

I have already uninstall and reinstall Illustrator but I still have problem with closes
