"~" Move pattern- key question

Hey.

Somehow I've over written my "~" hotkey move pattern but leave object stationary.

How do I get it back?

I've tried going back to default hotkeys and that works but then I'm missing all my custom keys.  And if I enter "~" into the search field it doesn't return any results...

You can't overwrite that.

Did you perhaps change the system language, keyboard language, Illustrator language?

No I didn't but I did a shut down and restart and it seems to be working just fine.

Not sure what happened but I use it frequently and for some reason it was not working.
