Random illustrator text-element not moving

Look at this video:

No, it is not locked. No, it is not in a locked layer. It is just randomly not going to move. I can only move this element ith the arrow keys. I can also nog select it righht.

What is happening here???

Was this file created in Illustrator?

Illustrator thinks all the text objects have some appearance attribute, but nothing is visible in the appearance panel.

The bugged text objects do not appear in layer panel thumbnails.
