Rectangle size incorrect

Hi everyone, 

I used the rectangle tool to draw a rectangle with 200 px in width and 100 px in height. But the outcome is a rectangle with a 90 deg rotation. Checked the size of the rectangle, the size of width and height is swapped.

Like this: 

I changed the orientation to either portrait or landscape. It's still the same outcome. Why is that?

What is your Constrain Angle setting in the general Illustrator preferences? Perhaps 90 degree?
