Roland CutStudio Plugin

New Here ,
Mar 07, 2017 Mar 07, 2017

When I turned on my computer today (MAC OSX Yosemite) I was delighted to receive a Creative Cloud notice that the Roland Cut Studio Illustrator plugin is now available for CC2017 (finally, been waiting 3 years since upgrading to CC!) I can see the plugin, it shows up on my screen however, will not output to the Stika Design Cutter by Roland Vinyl Cutter (STV-12). The message I get is "CutStudio quit unexpectedly".

Can someone PLEASE help me with this? I have had to keep the old MAC around running CS3 for the past 3+ YEARS. It's time to get this resolved.

Thank you to whoever can help.

Ask Roland about this.

In your Roland Cutstudio Window - open the options tab in the top right corner of the dialogue box.

Select 'Connection' and check the appropriate box, USB for instance, and ok.

that worked for me... after uninstalling and re installing 5 times...:)
