Thanks for correcting it. As far as I know pronoun spellings does not have hard & fast rule to follow. Whether I write it "Monica or "Monika" both are correct.

It's a white fill and 1pt black stroke with the round corners effect applied.
'Monika' is not a pronoun. Name spellings do generally follow a rule -- if someone spells their name a certain way, that is how it should be replicated.
