I'm trying to save a frame and then opening it up in Indesign.

The issue I'm having is with the size of the object, I make the object a specific size in Ilustrator but then when opening it up in Indesign it doesnt appear in it's real size. Then if I add another object to the artboard I'm saving the two objects appear zoomed out on ilustrator.

Object in Ilustrator:

Exactly how do you get the object into InDesign? Because you cannot "open" it.

Did you place it at 100%?

please click on it with the direct selection tool and then in the control panel it will show if it is 100%

It looks like you measure in Illustrator the object without the effect and in InDesign the expanded result.
