Saving a file (and opening it up on Indesign)

I'm trying to save a frame and then opening it up in Indesign.

The issue I'm having is with the size of the object, I make the object a specific size in Ilustrator but then when opening it up in Indesign it doesnt appear in it's real size. Then if I add another object to the artboard I'm saving the two objects appear zoomed out on ilustrator.
