Saving as svg not working.

When I save a file as an svg it doesn't render the fonts correctly.
how to fix?

While I am here, how do I save something as a jpeg?
I want to use it on a website, so do you think an svg is better?

Hi. The export format depends on the graphic's characteristics and its intent. The SVG format is great for non-complex vector graphics. Sometimes, it's better to add the text to the web page instead of the exported graphic. Check these links:
