SELECTION TOOL - LITTLE BOXES APPEAR WHEN HOVERING OVER AN OBJECT OR TEXT - WANT TO REMOVE THAT

So in the latest version of Illustrator, when im using the selection tool, anytime I hover over an object or text, a little black or white box appears next to the cursor in the bottom right, and likewise once I select an object, then a little bounding box appears in the same spot next to the selection tool.

I want to remove all three of these as it just is annoying that they keep popping up anytime im hovering over an object or text.

Please Help!

That has always been the case as far as I know.

Yeah I'm not sure if I just never noticed it or not, and then it was just bugging me.

I'm just going to roll with it unless someone knows how to get rid of it.
